Join Us for a Weekend Workshop for COUPLES!
Have you been wanting to try couples therapy, but can’t make your schedules work each week? Is your partner reluctant to “do therapy” but things desperately need to change? Our weekend couples workshop could be a wonderful option for you and your partner.
The Hold Me Tight Couples Workshop, based on Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy framework, is crafted for couples seeking to build intimacy and emotional connection, understand destructive patterns, and revitalize their bond. By uncovering the root causes of conflict, you’ll learn to move beyond surface issues and truly understand your partner’s intentions, all while learning new ways to improve your communication.
This Hold Me Tight weekend workshop will help couples:
Identify the REAL, under-the-surface reasons for conflict in your relationship
Change negative patterns that keep you feeling frustrated and disconnected
Heal from relationship wounds that have been there for a long time
Restore a sense of safety to the relationship
Learn new ways to communicate with each other
Deepen your emotional and physical connection

Join a Group Designed for YOU
It can feel amazing to connect with others who really get it… who are going through similar things at the same time. Our groups connect people who are dealing with similar experiences and provide a confidential space to share their story, receive support, and learn how to navigate these challenges. We offer groups for people struggling with relationship challenges, separation/divorce, and betrayal within their romantic relationships. Groups are a wonderful blend of peer support, skill building, and fostering a deeper, more meaningful understanding of yourself.
We know that individual or couples therapy can be a big financial investment. Groups provide an excellent means of getting professional support for a more accessible fee. Groups are limited to no more than 12 members (sometimes fewer) to ensure you’re getting the attention, care, and support you need. Take a look at our offerings to see which group works best for you.
