Bri Liberman, MS, PLPC, NCC

I am a trauma-informed relational counselor who works with couples, families, and individuals ages 10+. The human experience is too complex to boil it down to one “right” way, so we work together to find what feels authentic, sustainable, and healing for you. We’ll explore your current experience with curiosity rather than expectations. Whether you’re processing recent or past trauma, all behavior makes sense in context. We’ll work together to unpack and reclaim your story, rebuilding trust in your self with greater presence, clarity, and compassion.

I aim to practice with cultural humility and am LGBTQ+ affirming. A strong relationship between clinician and client is foundational for successful therapy, so feeling safe in your experience is imperative. Schedule your complimentary call with me today to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!

Professional Experiences

In addition to my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Couples & Family, I hold certifications in Prepare & Enrich facilitation for pre-engagement, pre-marriage, and seasoned couples; Emotionally Focused Therapy (Level 1) for healing, creating, and deepening secure relationships; and trauma informed therapy as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). In addition to EFT, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centered, family systems, culturally sensitive, attachment-based, trauma-informed techniques and approaches. While talk therapy is central to my work, I also incorporate nonverbal methods (e.g., activity, art, and somatic exercises) depending on client needs.
